Together, with Wholesale Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to optimise warehouse and distribution processes, driving efficiency and seamless logistics performance.
About the Role
This is a key role in the organisation, responsible for enhancing operational workflows and driving efficiency across the supply chain. Based at the Warehouse/Distribution Centre in Grenada, you will implement best practices, streamline processes, and ensure smooth logistics operations while maintaining high performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound freight.
- Implement best practices in warehousing and distribution to improve productivity.
- Maintain high Health & Safety standards while ensuring operational effectiveness.
- Lead and manage key staff members
- Balance hands-on operational management with strategic oversight to align logistics functions with business objectives.
About You
- You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to refine processes and enhance performance.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong background in process improvement, workflow optimisation, and change management.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership.
- Experience managing teams in an operational environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and senior leadership.
- Industry experience in eCommerce, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
