Company:
Our client is a manufacturing Company based in Hastings. We are seeking a Team Leader to join our dynamic team in a full-time position within the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience.

The role will require the following:

• Shift supervision
• Ensure the accurate maintenance of inventory, quality, and production records
• Fantastic communication skills
• Ensure production quality and efficiencies are upheld - attention to detail
• Perform product changeovers.
• Machine operation when required - forklift and line production

Hours:

• Rotating 12 hour shifts
• Minimum 40 hours per week

Pay Rate:
$28 - $30 p/h

• Requirements:
• Forklift operation - OSH license
• The ability to work overtime including weekends
• Leadership and communication skills
• Excellent written and oral language skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Computer literacy
• Maintain and uphold health and safety requirements
• Immediate start
• Full rights to work in New Zealand
