Job Description

Admin & Sales Support – Anchorage Family Estate
Location: Brooklyn, Motueka
Job Type: Part-time (two days per week, with possible additional hours as the position evolves)

About Us:
Anchorage Family Estate is an award winning family-run business dedicated to producing high-quality wines and offering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Sales Support person to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and management team
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email and cellar door
  • Assist in organizing events, tastings, and promotional activities
  • Maintain and update databases, Xero, online customers
  • Support social media and email marketing efforts as required
  • General office administration, including filing and correspondence


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero Accounting
  • Interest in the wine industry (knowledge of wine is a plus but not essential)
