Job Description

About the Role

Organize and run person-centred event programmes for our facility's residents. Work with your team to formulate individual activity plans for each resident. Ensure a variety of creative activities are brought into the facility and made available.

Duties include:

  • Supporting residents with social activities, diary planning and personal calendars
  • Working with a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to formulate individual activity plans for residents
  • Liaising with the team to ensure a variety of activities are brought into the facility
  • Working within budgeted parameters
