We are looking to fill a Pricing Manager or a Senior Pricing Manager within our Business & Corporate banking team for a 12 month secondment. Reporting to the Chapter Lead Pricing, this is an excellent opportunity to join a team of professionals who are passionate about pricing and products.

This is an influential role which drives the development and execution of the pricing strategy across Business Banking, to deliver commercial objectives and support outstanding customer outcomes.

Working on the Business & Corporate banking product lines you will support development of pricing decisions for the executive team including the Pricing Committee as well as collaborate on results tracking, benefits realisation and strategy refinement for all portfolio pricing strategies.

We are open to applications from a variety of backgrounds, but a strong understanding of and experience in banking involving price sensitive products and a strong customer value lens would be a real advantage.

You will also encourage the wider team to raise the bar on standards and expectations and you will act as a mentor and coach to Analysts. You'll provide input for strategic, process and operational improvements, challenging things we are not comfortable with, so that we get better all the time.
