Job Description
This a rare opportunity to join the team/ family at O'Neill Orthodontics We are looking for a Qualified Orthodontic Auxiliary or Dental Assistant who would like to move to the next level and upskill to become an Orthodontic Auxiliary.

Orthodontic Auxiliary training leading to a qualification as a registered Orthodontic Auxiliary. We use digital workflow and will train you to use 3D scanners and printers.

You will be joining a well-established, friendly and supportive team that prides itself on providing excellent patient outcomes in a modern, friendly and efficient environment.

Orthodontic Auxiliary is a busy and rewarding role. You will have a good variety of work alternating between independent patient care, assisting the Orthodontists, cross infection control and lab work.

The role requires excellent communication, time- management and organizational skills. Enthusiasm for progress and keen eye for detail are also required

The hours for this role are:

  • Tuesday: 8.00am - 5.30pm
  • Wednesday: 8.00am - 5.30pm
  • Thursday: 8.00am - 5.30pm


There may be the opportunity to work the occasional Monday to pick up additional hours.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you will bring;

  • Previous experience as an Orthodontic Auxiliary or Dental Assistant
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and Organizational skills
  • Drive to provide the best Orthodontic care
  • The ability to work well under pressure, to multi task and be flexible
