As a Light Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a range of vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. You will work with a team of professionals committed to delivering top-notch customer service and quality workmanship.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering a work week of at least 40 hours
The role
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs on passenger vehicles
Conduct routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicle models
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
Perform warranty and recall repairs as per manufacturer guidelines
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and technical support
Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently solve technical challenges
Keep accurate records of all services performed and parts used
Skills sought
Trade qualification as a Light Automotive Technician (or equivalent)
Previous experience working with a franchise dealership brand (preferred)
Solid experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
A valid driver's license
Ability to work unsupervised
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Able to work to deadlines
A genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a desire to stay updated on industry trends
A focus on high standards of customer service
