About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team and assist in various production areas, including:
- Preparing materials
- Operating blending and manufacturing equipment
- Fulfilling manufacturing orders
- Stacking and wrapping pallets
- Dispatching goods
- Forklift driving
- General laboring duties (including filling and lifting bags)
Training & Skills Required
On-the-job training will be provided in:
- Safe operation of plant machinery and forklifts
- Routine maintenance procedures
- Equipment cleaning
- The ideal candidate must:
- Be comfortable with numbers
- Follow written instructions and in-house systems
- Be reliable, accurate, and efficient
- Take responsibility for tasks and step up when needed
