Job Description
Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager you will:

  • Lead EICA activities within the Dunedin Water Team.
  • Work with a team of electricians, automation engineers, and apprentices.
  • Coordinate with the DCC Maintenance Supervisor to plan and schedule work effectively.
  • Define the scope of work and provide input to the Project Manager for pricing maintenance, capital, and project tasks.
  • Carry out maintenance and repairs on new and existing electrical installations, ensuring prompt and efficient completion.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified and registered electrician with an EWRB practicing license
  • Skilled in job planning and capable of operating and maintaining equipment independently
  • Strong leadership abilities as well as the capacity to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in computer skills, with experience in a wide range of applications
  • Holds a current driver's license (minimum Class 1)
