Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and pay invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate accounts payable records and spreadsheets
  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide financial information and support to the management team as required.


Requirements:

  • Experience in an accounts payable role
  • Proficient in accounting software will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

You will be required to pass a drug and alcohol test. Ongoing random drug testing is carried out. Applicants must also have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
