The team at Harcourts The Difference are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Helensville team.

In this role you will be involved in the management and maintenance of a small established portfolio of properties with a clear goal for growth.

Experience in the Property Management industry is required, however ongoing training and support will be provided.

You'll also need:

  • A NZ Drivers Licence
  • A passion for people
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • To be mature, intelligent and a quick learner
  • To be happy to work varied hours
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • An energetic, enthusiastic approach to work
