Job Description

This role combines tactical execution with strategic guidance, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving product success, defined by customer satisfaction, market fit, financial performance, user engagement, scalability, operational efficiency, innovation, and alignment with business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing CORE products in the market
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to identify and address product gaps
  • Provide insights on product-market fit, customer experience mapping, and optimisation strategies
  • Refine and implement a structured product management framework
  • Strengthen the capability of internal product managers through coaching and mentoring
  • Support new product development initiatives


What you bring:

  • Proven experience in product management and strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Product Roadmaps and embed product management frameworks
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement and team mentoring
  • Familiarity with training and medical product markets is highly desirable but not required
