Are you seeking a Personal Assistant position in Auckland?

The Role
Provide PA support to two senior managers who have been with the firm for many years and administrative support to their small team.

The job content will include:

  • Workflow management, ensuring consistency & timeliness
  • Diary, travel and expense management
  • Manage effective delivery of administration processes
  • Monitor incoming work & projects for the team
  • General coordination of work, events & meetings
  • Client relationship management, communicate with clients on project status
  • Systems management and documentation coordination
  • Focus on innovative & process improvement to allow your team maximum success


Your personality
We are keen to hear from you if you are a natural organiser, resilient, solutions focussed and enjoy being hands on with administrative support functions. It is important that you are self-motivated, show initiative, have outstanding organisational and communication skills, and enjoy working in a positive environment alongside a team. Experience within a legal or professional services environment would allow you to add immediate impact to the role, if you’d like to move into this industry, it would be important that you have supported senior managers before.

Being thoughtful and mindful of those around you is important, there can be busy times where you need to be resilient and positive in your work style. As you will know it’s ideal in a team support role to build trust so those around you feel comfortable asking for help.
