We are looking for a Talented Designer / Account Manager who understands beautiful Designs and enjoys selling to join our team in Christchurch. You will be responsible for creating distinctive, custom-designed greenery to regenerate interior spaces in some of New Zealand's most exciting commercial areas. This role will also involve looking after our existing customers and managing their accounts.
This full-time role, based in Christchurch, will be part of the design team and report to our design team in Auckland.

Design Requirements
- An interior design background
- Have a passion for doing beautiful work for the environment and the planet!
- Bring a unique personal design flair and ability to create innovative solutions for our clients
- You will be passionate about interior greenery and able to work across a range of styles and spaces
- Take a clear client brief and bring our client's ideas to life.
- Pull together a proposal and pitch a project to a client to win new work.
- An unwavering drive to deliver quality results for our clients
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously, from design through to delivery.
- Strong ability to work to a brief and successfully sell a design proposal to a client.
- Willing to jump in and help our team deliver projects when required.
- Ability to connect and build strong relationships with architects through regular communication, visits and presentations of new projects & products.
Account Management Requirements
- Manage current client accounts to solve client problems and keep our customers happy for the long term.
- Liaise closely with our service team to ensure our client's sites look exceptional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, both with internal and external clients, across diverse teams
- Able to work collaboratively in a close-knit team
- Skills in strategic planning with an ability to think ahead and plan
- Can manage client complaints and resolve them quickly
General Requirements:
- You will be career motivated, have initiative and be flexible to work across multiple facets of the business.
- Can work autonomously
- Full NZ Driver's License and ability to travel regionally
- Must learn our key software programs: CRM, quoting tool, etc.
