About the role An interesting and varied Executive Assistant role, interesting because the content of the work is complex and some might say confronting and varied because no two days will be the same given the work that the manager is involved with.
Your responsibilities will include:
Email management and triage system so you can deal with replies personally
Diary management for a manager who is out of the office often with work
Keeping the document management system updated
Preparation of large document files, ensuring order & accuracy of information
Planning ahead at all times
Trouble shooting, problem solving, investigating discrepancies
Typing of audio recordings & invoicing time worked
Stakeholder relationship management
Your skills and experience
Experience working alongside a busy manager
Comfortable working in a professional office environment
Strong organisational skills & ability to think ahead for your manager to ensure success
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
A naturally inquisitive & optimistic personality
