We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Assistant to operate day shift in East Tamaki.

No 2 days are the same and it is a fast-paced.

Day Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm

Duties and Tasks will include:

• Pick & Pack.
• Dispatch.
• Checking Inward Consignments.
• Putaway’s & Replenishment – using Reach Forklift and/or hand trolley.
• Experience using a Counterbalance Forklift is also required
• Assist with stock take.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace/warehouse.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• MInimum 2-3 years operating a Reach and working in a Warehousing enviroment.
• Minimum 1 year operating a Counterbalance
• Be reliable and punctual
• Work Autonomously and within a Team environment.
• PC Literate.
• Ability to read sheets/documentation.
• Good communicator and willing learner.
• High attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience/exposure with 6 bay high shelving as the pallets are very heavy.
• Must also be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved from time to time.
• Someone with a Food Safety background would be advantageous.

Must also be able to:

• Take a pre-employment Drug Test
• Have a clean criminal record
• Have a current valid Reach License
• Be able to work in NZ
