- Responsible for building and facilitating the leadership capability for our Leaders of today and tomorrow
- Craft and deliver impactful learning experiences that inspire and elevate our people
- Lead an effective onboarding process for all new leaders in our NZ business
- Stay connected with senior leadership teams to ensure our training aligns with local needs
About you. mo koe
We're looking for someone who is passionate about leadership development and has a knack for inspiring others. If you have:
- Experience in L&D leadership development, with a focus on building leadership capability.
- A proven ability to create accountability and inspire new leaders.
- The ability to clearly articulate knowledge and insights.
- A track record of building strong business partnerships/relationships.
- Travel industry experience (a bonus but not essential).
