Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to help us keep our worksites safe and efficient. If you love working in a dynamic environment and making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and roll out traffic management plans that meet local regulations.
  • Supervise our traffic management team, ensuring everyone follows safety protocols.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify risks and come up with effective solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of traffic incidents, inspections, and safety audits.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A valid Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) certification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate your team.
  • The ability to think on your feet in fast-paced situations.
  • A solid understanding of traffic management regulations and a real passion for safety.
