Harcourts Blackham & Co Ltd is currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our busy Geraldine office in a part-time, job-share role as an Office Administrator. The position is for 2 days per week, with additional days as needed to provide cover during staff absences or leave.

As our Office Administrator, you will provide an efficient and effective administrative service that supports the wider team and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Your role will be key in creating an organised and professional environment, enabling the team to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
Key duties include:
- Receive and refer personal or phone enquiries to the front-line reception.
- Handle general office routines, including typing, mailing, banking, delivering, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
- Liaise between staff to ensure efficient and accurate communication.
- Prepare regular and accurate data and reports as requested.
- Assist in preparing and checking advertising copy.
The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, strong organisational skills, and good attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering excellent service to the team. Prior experience in the Real Estate industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
