About the role:

Are you a skilled communicator with a sharp eye for detail? Join a fast-paced public sector environment, providing vital business support on key ministerial deliverables. This Temporary role runs from 1st April to 30th June 2025 — an excellent opportunity to apply your problem-solving and organisational skills in a meaningful way.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate responses to Ministerial deliverables like WPQs, OIAs, and formal advice.
  • Analyse complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify key issues, assess risks, and develop practical solutions.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Government processes and political awareness.
  • Excellent problem-solving and sound judgement abilities.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft products and Adobe Acrobat (JIRA desirable).
  • Experience supporting senior leaders is a bonus.
