About the role:
Are you a skilled communicator with a sharp eye for detail? Join a fast-paced public sector environment, providing vital business support on key ministerial deliverables. This Temporary role runs from 1st April to 30th June 2025 — an excellent opportunity to apply your problem-solving and organisational skills in a meaningful way.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate responses to Ministerial deliverables like WPQs, OIAs, and formal advice.
- Analyse complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify key issues, assess risks, and develop practical solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Government processes and political awareness.
- Excellent problem-solving and sound judgement abilities.
- Organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Microsoft products and Adobe Acrobat (JIRA desirable).
- Experience supporting senior leaders is a bonus.
