Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Process Worker to join our team. As a Process Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring the efficient and smooth running of operations. You will need to be physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety in the workplace. With work available in a diverse range of industries (from poultry to timber and aluminium) there is something for everyone.

The Hours

With different shift patterns and start times available, we have options for early risers, night owls and everyone in between.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment
  • Inspect and pack finished products
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
  • Identify and report any issues or malfunctions in the production process
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Process Worker or in a similar role (preferred)
  • Strong time management and reliability
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Health and safety conscious
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
