Job Description

Tradestaff is currently seeking detail-orientated and skilled painters to join our fantastic team in Hawkes Bay!

Our clients have a variety of commercial, industrial and residential projects to contribute to.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting in commercial, residential and industrial buildings.
  • Select and mix paint to match specification provided by clients and designers.
  • Apply paint, varnish and other finishes to a high standard.
  • Apply special finishes to enhance appeal of surfaces.
  • Work at heights on scaffolding when required.


Requirements:

  • NZQA in Painting and Decorating, or proven experience in professional painting
  • Minimum restricted license and your own transport
  • High attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
