Job Description

Are you based in Queenstown and looking for a job with a view? How about swapping a regular commute for a cruise on the iconic TSS Earnslaw? Step aboard and join our Food & Beverage team at Colonel's Homestead, where every shift is set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Wakatipu.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about great food, excellent service, and creating memorable guest experiences. If you're fluent in both Mandarin and English and have experience in Food & Beverage, we'd love to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service
  • Strong barista and bar skills
  • A warm, welcoming personality - you know how to turn guests into friends
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English


We're ideally looking for people who can commit to a minimum of six months, with the possibility of a longer contract for the right candidates. The role starts in mid-April, so if you're ready for an exciting opportunity, apply now and come aboard!
