HOW YOU'LL DO IT:
Oversee the rundown of NZ Herald’s news stream, ensuring a compelling blend of live and pre-recorded content.
Work seamlessly across teams to generate engaging video stories, from breaking news to in-depth interviews, ensuring quality content delivery.
Lead the charge during live events, offering quick and clear direction to presenters, reporters, and producers in real-time.
Collaborate with journalists and video producers to craft the perfect mix of content for a diverse audience, balancing hard news, business, and entertainment.
Adapt quickly to fast-changing news, ensuring a continuous flow of relevant content without delay.
Use your excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination and execution across all teams.
Drive content strategy by pitching creative ideas and fresh angles, contributing to the wider news agenda.
