The Role:

This role is a 12 month fixed term position to cover someone on Maternity leave.

Taking inbound calls and answering email queries in support of our customers, your natural ability to communicate, emphasise and be creative will see you achieve exceptional customer service for our time-sensitive customers.

This role is Monday- Friday with standard business hours. There is also a requirement to work on Saturday's on a rotational basis.
