The Role
Based at our Invercargill branch, our Customer Services team are committed to responding to client queries on their parcels and resolving issues promptly and to a high standard. As Branch Supervisor, you will lead this team with a commitment to data-driven decisions, and assist in the training and development of your team. You’ll be on the ground with the team to provide support and collaborate with contractors to ensure we are delivering optimal service to our customers. This role sits as part of the leadership team at branch level, with plenty of opportunity to make real impact on team performance.
This is a fulltime role, working Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities include
Training new and current team members towards service excellence
Improving team problem-solving capabilities
Overseeing the team in accurate processing of accounts, credits and cash reconciliation
Assisting in recruitment, coaching and adherence to SOPs
