Compass Group NZ are looking for multiple Permanent Part- Time Lounge Supervisors to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember within Air NZ, Queenstown Airport. Working a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

This key role within the lounge is responsible for;

• Ensuring our food, beverage and customer service is outstanding for our valued customers.
• This will be done by leading and participating in a team that goes above and beyond for our valued clientele
• Ensuring we obtain the high levels of service standards expected at all times.

He korero mou / About you

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a born performer with impeccable Barista skills
• Have experience with food preparation
• Have a natural knack for leading a diverse team, and understanding labour budgets
• Have proven experience within a 5-star/FOH environment and leading a team
• Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, 'can do' attitude
