We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to join our Personal Banking division as a Senior Manager Business Excellence to make a meaningful impact in the team.

Te Tūranga | The role:

In this role, you will challenge the status quo and drive transformative change within our Personal Banking (PB) division by leading continuous improvement projects tailored to the needs of each initiative.

You will cultivate relationships with PB Distribution and key stakeholders, understanding their challenges to identify effective solutions. Your proactive approach will focus on enhancing productivity and minimizing pain points within PB. Additionally, you will contribute to Business Excellence reporting, tracking initiatives and prioritizing projects & required resources.

As you foster a culture of continuous improvement, you will facilitate discussions on productivity and performance while collaborating with the Business Excellence Lead to enhance service levels for frontline teams. By embodying the Business Excellence way of working, you will inspire your team and peers to embrace innovation.

Ō pūkenga | About you:

To be successful in this role, you will bring a robust blend of experience and skills that align with our commitment to continuous improvement. You will have a sound understanding of project management, supported by a minimum of two years in a project delivery role. This experience will be critical in navigating and leading initiatives effectively.

Your knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, evidenced by Yellow or Green Belt certification, will provide a solid foundation for implementing process improvements. A strong analytical mindset is essential, enabling you to extract key insights from data that drive decision-making and enhance outcomes.

A genuine passion for the customer experience is vital; you should consistently seek to influence and elevate service standards. You will possess the courage to challenge the status quo and demonstrate an openness to embracing change based on feedback.

Experience in Agile methodologies and Human-Centered Design will further enhance your ability to deliver results in our complex and dynamic environment.
