DrinkSafe Service Consultant (part-time, 3 days)

We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a DrinkSafe Service Consultant covering Auckland’s North Shore and Central Suburbs! This is a three-day-a-week role where you’ll be keeping our customers happy by taking care of their water coolers.

As a DrinkSafe Service Consultant (aka DSC), you’ll be a brand ambassador and the go-to person for our customers in your area. You’ll be well-presented, good with people and have a natural ability to troubleshoot on the go.

The ideal candidate for this role will be be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and a great communicator. This is an independent role, so you’ll be managing your own workload and geographical area. Flexibility, resilience, and a love for problem-solving are a must!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Regular interaction with customers, both face to face and over the phone.
• Performing regular, scheduled maintenance on water coolers.
• Troubleshooting and repair of unexpected issues.

Requirements:

• Full, clean driver’s license and your own vehicle (we’ll reimburse mileage).
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Comfortable following processes and doing a bit of paperwork.
