Our client located in Henderson is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team.

About You:

Are you the go-to person when it comes to dotting i's, crossing t's, and balancing every cent down to the decimal? We're looking for a Finance All-Rounder who thrives on structure, accuracy, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Rich experience in a similar finance / accounting role.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Assist with financial reporting and maintaining records
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
