We are looking for a Technology Risk Specialist to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and management of risk and control processes within our Technology & Transformation division.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of risk and control processes that enable Technology & Transformation to manage risk effectively.
- Provide assurance to senior management on the effectiveness of Technology and Cyber controls, policies, and systems, supporting Operational Risk and Compliance efforts.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Technology and Cyber controls testing, ensuring continuous improvement across the team.
- Create test plans based on ASB control testing methodology to ensure thorough and effective control testing.
- Deliver reporting to senior stakeholders on the performance and effectiveness of internal Technology and Cyber controls.
- Promote a risk-aware culture within the Technology Division by maintaining strong partnerships and actively promoting best practices.
- Support the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) within Technology & Transformation.
- Become a subject matter expert in selected risk, control, and compliance areas, managing a control assurance program for consistency and quality.

- A solid understanding of business operations and IT operations.
- Knowledge of the system/software development lifecycle.
- Strong specification and documentation writing skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
- 5+ years of experience in audit or control testing, preferably within the Technology and Cyber space.
- A drive for results and a proven track record of achieving objectives and goals.
- Integrity and Trust - a direct and truthful individual who is widely trusted.
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Law, Information Technology, or related fields.
