The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Support & Engagement Coordinator who will be at the heart of our customers’ experience. This isn't your typical customer service role – it's an opportunity to wear multiple hats, drive initiatives, and grow with us.



What You'll Do

- Be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our customers & members, ensuring they get the most out of their 1Team products

- Create engaging content that tells our story across social media and marketing channels

- Work with our app development team to enhance our digital platforms

- Coordinate exciting events that bring our community together

- Drive marketing campaigns that showcase the value we bring to businesses

- Identify opportunities to help our members & customers grow and succeed

- You have a natural talent for identifying sales opportunities and building business relationships

- You're confident delivering presentations and enjoy showcasing products/services to customers

- You excel at preparing compelling proposals and sales materials

- You love building relationships and helping others succeed

- You're creative and enjoy crafting engaging content

- You're tech-savvy and excited about digital platforms

- You have 3-5 years of customer service experience

- You bring marketing and social media expertise

- You're organized and detail-oriented

- Most importantly, you're enthusiastic and ready to learn!

Required Qualifications

- NCEA Level 2 or higher (essential)

- A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or business is a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
