Job Description:

Are you an experienced Production Operator looking for an exciting opportunity in the food manufacturing industry? Do you have a passion for maintaining high standards and ensuring smooth production processes? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Operator to join their dynamic team. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate who demonstrates excellence and ambition to grow within the company.

Location: Hamilton

Key Responsibilities:

Operating food processing machinery and equipment
Monitoring the production line for quality control
Packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment to meet hygiene standards
Following food safety, workplace health, and safety regulations
Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

Ideal candidate has experience in with farming and milk products
Experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
Experience working with automated production line systems.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ambition to progress within the company and take on greater responsibilities.
