Job Description:
Are you an experienced Production Operator looking for an exciting opportunity in the food manufacturing industry? Do you have a passion for maintaining high standards and ensuring smooth production processes? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Operator to join their dynamic team. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate who demonstrates excellence and ambition to grow within the company.
Location: Hamilton
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating food processing machinery and equipment
- Monitoring the production line for quality control
- Packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment to meet hygiene standards
- Following food safety, workplace health, and safety regulations
- Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate has experience in with farming and milk products
- Experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience working with automated production line systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ambition to progress within the company and take on greater responsibilities.
