Job Description

The Role:
Are you a resilient, motivated Recruitment coordinator with end-to-end experience, ready to step into a fully-fledged Advisor role? Or perhaps you’re an up-and-coming Recruiter looking to grow your experience with an established team and be part of the change and development. Either way, you will be someone who values the importance of connecting with people, establishing rapport, and building relationships to anticipate and understand their needs.

Daily you will be responsible for, however not limited to -

  • Offering end-to end recruitment service to our PlaceMakers and Mico branch's nationwide
  • Guide our hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Provide excellent support and customer service to our Hiring Managers
  • Offering top quality candidates experience to ensure positive reflection of our brand
  • Collaborating with the wider People & Performance team and other key stakeholders within the business
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Business Partners with developing a robust understanding of the NZD recruitment needs to provide exceptional recruitment and attraction of talent


This is a 1-year fix term role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based full time at our support office in Penrose.

About you:

  • We’re looking for someone who enjoys and thrives working at pace and wants to be part of a friendly and supportive team.
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition advisor/coordinator role is required
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form with a passion for customer service
  • Great at multitasking, excellent time management & solution focused
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in the People and Performance space
  • Can demonstrating maturity, discretion and professionalism
