Job Description

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid NZ Dogman certification (required).
  • Solid experience in rigging and dogging lifts on large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, dependable, and results-oriented attitude.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Safely oversee crane operations, rigging, and dogging during lifts on complex commercial projects.
  • Work closely with crane operators and site teams to ensure efficient load handling and smooth operations.
  • Perform pre-lift inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of industry-leading projects known for innovation and execution.
