Admin/Dispatcher

Duties include:

  • Ensure route audits are conducted to manage even work distribution
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure all customers are serviced when required
  • Liaise and co-operate with colleagues and staff from other departments to ensure a coordinated approach and create a cross functional work environment
  • Ensure staff comply with transport regulations and operating procedures
  • Maintain an interest in, and cooperate with other divisions within the company

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and think quickly on your feet
