Admin/Dispatcher

Duties include:
- Ensure route audits are conducted to manage even work distribution
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure all customers are serviced when required
- Liaise and co-operate with colleagues and staff from other departments to ensure a coordinated approach and create a cross functional work environment
- Ensure staff comply with transport regulations and operating procedures
- Maintain an interest in, and cooperate with other divisions within the company

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and think quickly on your feet
