Is highly self-organised, detail-oriented plus skilled administrator
A high level of awareness and ability to build rapport and develop effective working relationships
Can balance conflicting priorities while considering their impact on others
Comfortable with not always having a set routine and supporting a number of projects
Can create structure and effective processes in unstructured environments
A progressive mindset focused on continual improvement
Provides customer service with sensitivity, understanding, and cultural respect
Has knowledge of, or is willing to learn about, Te Ao Māori

The salary for this position is Grade 10 within Council's salary structure (Band: $58,459 to $65,684 pro rata per annum) dependent on qualifications and experience, plus Kiwi Saver.
