Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Volunteer Business Development and Sales Advisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development and sales to make a meaningful impact, support our mission, and build lasting connections within the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at expanding our reach and impact.
  • Identify opportunities to build relationships with key stakeholders and establish partnerships.
  • Provide insights into market dynamics, client needs, and competitive trends to shape our strategy.
  • Mentor team members on sales techniques, client engagement, and relationship management.
  • Support the development of tools and processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Offer guidance on compliance, regulations, and best practices in industry-specific markets.


Education requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required for volunteering).


Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years in business development or sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Established network of industry contacts and experience in various market sectors.


Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
