Are you passionate about technology and enjoy engaging with people? Aspire2 Workplace Communication is looking for an energetic VR Deliverer to take our cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) training programmes directly to clients.

In this role, you'll introduce learners to immersive VR training, guiding them through realistic scenarios that build confidence, communication skills, and conflict de-escalation techniques. You don't need to be a VR expert - but you do need to be tech-savvy, great at explaining things clearly, and able to put people at ease with new technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Travel to workplaces to deliver small-group VR training sessions
  • Set up and manage VR headsets and ensure a smooth user experience
  • Guide participants through engaging, hands-on training scenarios
  • Clearly explain how to use the VR technology, even to those new to it
  • Create an enthusiastic and supportive learning environment


What We're Looking For:

  • Confident communicators who can engage and support learners
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to troubleshoot minor issues
  • Ability to explain instructions simply and clearly to all experience levels
  • Energetic, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • A keen interest in learning and development (VR experience is a bonus!)
