We’re looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior manager in a temporary role for a respected public sector client. You’ll be managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly, helping with scheduling, meetings, and other essential duties. Start date will be 24th of February.
Day to day responsibilities:
Manage executives’ calendars, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are in place.
Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
Maintain confidentiality and provide a high level of professionalism in all tasks.
Minute taking as required.
About You:
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be someone who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and efficient approach.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
This is an ongoing temporary assignment that could lead to a longer term future opportunity.
