Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior manager in a temporary role for a respected public sector client. You’ll be managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly, helping with scheduling, meetings, and other essential duties.
Start date will be 24th of February.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are in place.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide a high level of professionalism in all tasks.
- Minute taking as required.
About You:
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be someone who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and efficient approach.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
This is an ongoing temporary assignment that could lead to a longer term future opportunity.
