Mō to tūranga - About the Role

We are looking for two Enrolled Nurses to join our team in a Fixed Term capacity until October 2025 working 4pm to 11.15pm 7 days a fortnight, including weekend work. There will also be the opportunity to work additional hours to cover sick and annual leave.

You will work as part of our Enliven team in a peer-supported environment, where everyone wants to deliver great quality residential care to our elders and ensure they have a positive experience whilst living in our Home.

We provide weekend and nightshift allowances and overtime rates so you will be recognized and compensated for the flexibility you can bring with you as we appreciate every team member that can support Cashmere Home to be a great place to live and work.

Mō koe - About You

As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic, patient and well organised with great interpersonal skills. You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect, and operate with a person-centred approach and high quality standards.

At Cashmere Home we believe it's all about the way we communicate with each other and how we get the job done that counts towards making the difference to everyone's day.

Also you will have:

  • Enrolled Nurse with current Annual Practising Certificate.
  • At least 2 years full time experience as an EN
  • Experience in provision of care to elders
  • Shift Coordination experience or supervision of a team of Health Care Assistants
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
