Our client located in Henderson is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team.
About You:
Are you the go-to person when it comes to dotting i's, crossing t's, and balancing every cent down to the decimal? We're looking for a Finance All-Rounder who thrives on structure, accuracy, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
Main Responsibilities
Rich experience in a similar finance / accounting role.
Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting and maintaining records
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Provide administrative support to the finance team
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
Assist with general office administration tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work independently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
