As the Showroom Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8, that are focused on trade counter sales and customer service across the shop floor. Your team are the first point of contact for our Trade Customers so being customer centric with a passion for exceptional service will drive you.
Daily you will be responsible for –
Building and maintain effective relationships with our Trade Customers,
Offering a solution focused way of thinking whilst offering product support and technical information.
Team training, support, and development
In-store advertising and promotions, including product/store presentation
Visual merchandising and displays
Product ordering
Liaising with the Inventory team
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week. Working Tuesday to Saturday. Based out of our Kaiwharawhara branch.
About you:
Leadership Experience is a must, proven experience in leading/manging a team
Building industry, retail or consumer showroom environment is a nice to have
Strong communication skills with ability to delegate appropriately
Effective time management, organisation, and planning skills
A commitment to continuously review process and implement improvements
