About the Role:
As the Lawn & Garden Care Operations Support, you’ll play a key part in developing and maintaining this new service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in gardening who also enjoys training others and working directly with clients. Your expertise will ensure high-quality service delivery while also supporting the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional lawn and garden care services to a range of clients, ensuring high standards are consistently met
Maintain your tools, vehicle, and necessary supplies for each job
Guide and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to uphold industry standards
Engage with both new and existing clients, provide service quotes, and help drive the expansion of the business
Manage and update job schedules for yourself and the team to ensure efficient operations
What You’ll Need:
At least 3 years of experience in a gardening, landscaping, or related role
Ideally, a qualification in Horticulture
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
A proactive approach and ability to work independently
