About the Role:

As the Lawn & Garden Care Operations Support, you’ll play a key part in developing and maintaining this new service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in gardening who also enjoys training others and working directly with clients. Your expertise will ensure high-quality service delivery while also supporting the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional lawn and garden care services to a range of clients, ensuring high standards are consistently met
• Maintain your tools, vehicle, and necessary supplies for each job
• Guide and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to uphold industry standards
• Engage with both new and existing clients, provide service quotes, and help drive the expansion of the business
• Manage and update job schedules for yourself and the team to ensure efficient operations

What You’ll Need:

• At least 3 years of experience in a gardening, landscaping, or related role
• Ideally, a qualification in Horticulture
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently
