Job Description

Our client is a leading provider with a reputation for excellence in surface preparation and industrial coatings. They specialize in providing high-quality sandblasting and finishing services for a variety of industries. They are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Sandblaster to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform sandblasting operations on metal, concrete, or other surfaces to remove paint, rust, and other contaminants.
  • Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Prepare surfaces for coatings, painting, or further finishing as required.
  • Follow safety protocols, including proper use of protective gear (respirators, gloves, goggles, etc.).
  • Work with various abrasives and blasting media as per project requirements.
  • Inspect and assess the quality of finished surfaces.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in industrial sandblasting or similar role required.
  • Knowledge of sandblasting techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
  • Understanding of workplace safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and work instructions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and outdoor settings if necessary.
