At BestStart Powells Road Kindy, we’re a whānau that embraces YOU for who YOU are. Our kindy is a home away from home, where each individual brings something special. We care for 50 tamariki aged 2-5 years, and we're looking for a compassionate caregiver to join our team on a fixed-term basis working 30 hours per week until 3rd October 2025. We would love to hear from applicants who also hold a full clean NZ driver’s licence and would be willing to assist with occasional backup van driving for our centre van.

What You’ll Do:

Provide exceptional care and education.
Engage in activities that extend children’s learning.
Support centre operations and staff breaks.

What We’re Looking For:

A team player who builds respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and kaiako.
Passion for creating a positive learning environment.
Strong communication skills and initiative.
